  • 2011 – Bachelor’s degree in health care, Rehabilitation faculty, Diet programme, Riga Stradins University
  • 2012 - Master of Science degree from the University of Glasgow in Scotland with specialisation in nutrition science - managing obesity and excess weight


Also a lecturer at Riga Stradins University, and a member of the Latvian Association of Diet and Nutrition Specialists.

Eva Kataja believes that nutrition science offers strong assistance in prophylactic health improvement and additional therapy with treatment.

“I aim to help people improve their health and wellbeing with beneficial diet programmes that taste great. Diet before and during pregnancy is especially important to me - it’s an important factor in an expectant mother’s health and also creates correct health foundations for the newborn."
