Welcome to Clinic EGV !
The clinic was founded in 1998 as a private gynaecological practice. Since then we have expanded the range and variety of services offered, including male diagnostics and therapy, psychotherapy, sexology and ultrasound diagnostics. In the year 2000 our clinic was the first one to open a sperm bank in Latvia, a big step towards advancing the treatments of infertility in our country. In 2003 we opened a Day – Stay Centre and Embryology Laboratory in correspondence with the guidelines and regulations of EU.
In December of 2009 Clinic EGV received the international ISO 9001:2008 quality certificate, which acknowledges that our services are performed according to the highest quality standards of EU.
The Ex Vitro fertilization procedures are performed in close cooperation with the specialist team from the Stockholm Karolinska University.
